We document the realities of women, children, and youth at the local level. By transforming evidence-based knowledge and personal stories into powerful data, we produce recommendations that lay the essential groundwork for policy change and legislative reform.
We help drive progress toward gender justice — alongside allies and communities — by advocating for fairer laws and challenging harmful norms to achieve systemic change. Our work tackles the root causes of inequality by addressing structural power relations and dismantling systemic obstacles to justice. To ensure lasting impact, we ground feminism in local contexts, shaping messages that resonate within communities and effectively counter regressive opposition backlashes. Ultimately, we campaign relentlessly for the adoption and enforcement of international instruments like CEDAW, the CRC, and ILO C190, turning global commitments into local reality.
We design and support comprehensive capacity-building training for local and national associations, and mentorship initiatives that build the practical skills and strategic vision necessary for women and youth to attain and thrive in decision-making and leadership positions across all sectors. This is done through training on advocacy, awareness-raising campaigns, and mobilisation methods.
We move beyond traditional awareness campaigns. Our innovative approach proactively engages men as allies and empowers youth and children as advocates, reshaping community norms from the inside out. This stems from our steadfast belief that lasting change for women's and children's rights cannot be achieved in isolation. It requires shifting deep-rooted social norms and involving all community members as partners and defenders. This creates a supportive ecosystem for real, sustainable change.
We work with a clear focus on key program areas but without rigid boundaries. While our work concentrates on certain domains, our approach remains holistic and responsive. Guided by the evolving needs of women, youth, and children, we actively explore new spheres and innovative partnerships. Any initiative that tangibly advances the rights, dignity, and enhancement of our target groups, falls within our sphere of action and collaboration
We are convinced that transformative change is built on collaborate action because isolated efforts cannot dismantle systemic inequality. Our theory of change is rooted in solidarity and collective power. We actively build and nurture partnerships with a diverse network of institutions, from local grassroots movements to governments and international agencies, to create alliances that are greater than the sum of their parts. Through joint advocacy, shared projects, and constant communication, we amplify our impact and drive a unified movement for gender justice.
