Dr. Mohamed Aboul Saoud brings over 25 years of experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution, having advised clients on managing legal risks in highly complex, cross-border conflicts. He has acted in diverse capacities—including counsel, arbitrator, and presiding arbitrator—in over 50 arbitration cases across sectors such as telecommunications, construction, oil and gas, infrastructure projects, and commercial agreements. His work with prestigious arbitration institutions, such as CRCICA, ICC, and LCIA, has equipped him with exceptional financial and legal expertise in managing high-stakes disputes. As Treasurer for our NGO, WACA, Dr. Aboul Saoud applies his extensive experience in financial oversight and strategic risk management to ensure the NGO’s funds are utilized transparently and effectively. His ability to navigate complex financial systems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders supports the organization’s mission to advocate for the social, economic, and other rights of women and children.
